Sigma Alpha loves to serve the community through all of its philanthropic endeavors. We participate in Ag in the Classroom, a nationwide effort to promote the importance of agriculture in our schools.
Locally, the Zeta chapter supports the East Baton Rouge Animal Shelter. The chapter visits the shelter monthly to volunteer our time to walk dogs, play with cats, and provide the shelter with any other assistance they may need.
Throughout the year, we also participate in other PHC & IFC philanthropies, including the Greek Week Habitat for Humanity build.
